Customer Service Executive Banking

About the Role

As a Customer Service Executive Banking, you'll be part of our Customer Support team, working closely with colleagues to manage all accounts that fall into our special case handling procedure. You'll also be responsible for managing accounts within the Notice of Default period to ensure successful customer and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify possible fraudulent accounts and take the correct action to resolve issues quickly
  • Inform management of potential losses and action taken
  • Review and action all cases in line with the company's collection principles
  • Effectively manage case transfer post termination to Head Office Branch Services Team
  • Liaise with third-party agents on all asset recovery requirements
  • Manage accounts within Notice of Default period to ensure successful customer and business outcomes
  • Carry out duties in accordance with the company's standard policies and procedures
  • Complete general office administration duties
  • Deal with customer complaints and general queries
  • Maintain customer data and account records in line with policy and procedure
Risk & Compliance
  • Ensure that all Governance and Compliance requirements are adhered to and all reporting and reviewing activities required by the Regulatory Bodies are carried out to the standards required
  • Ensure all inbound and outbound calls are handled in line with our current Quality Assurance process
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent IT skills (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Knowledge of regulations relating to Compliance, Data Protection, Anti-Money Laundering, Consumer Credit Directive, and Consumer Credit Act
  • Experience in a collections/customer service environment
