GTM Recruitment Opportunity
We are looking for a talented Associate Director/Director to join our team and drive growth through revenue generation, people development, and headcount expansion.
The successful candidate will inherit a high-performing team of 4, with 2 x £400k+ billers. This role requires a strong leadership presence, with a focus on making each person better.
Salary Details: Up to £100k base - £200k OTE, including share options available.
About Our Team: We're a specialist firm with 30+ head GTM professionals, actively seeking to hire 4-people onto this team to start in Jan, potentially growing to 12+ heads by '25.
Requirements: Proven success in the GTM space, with a minimum billing of £300k YOY.
