Job Overview

As a Programme Funding Manager at Embrace the Middle East, you will play a critical role in securing funding for our Christian partners' vital work in the Middle East. With a focus on developing thematic proposals, you will pitch to trusts, foundations, and corporate donors, demonstrating the impact of our work and securing £500,000 per annum in funding.

This is a part-time position, initially three-quarters of full-time, with the potential to increase to full-time in 2026. You will work from home, with regular virtual meetings and occasional travel to London and other areas as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategy to increase fundraising income from major donors, trusts, foundations, and corporate donors.
  • Work closely with Embrace's Director of Fundraising and Major Gift colleagues to secure £500,000 per annum in funding.
  • Pitch proposals that marry donor purpose and demonstrate the impact of Embrace's work through its Christian partners in the region.
