About the Opportunity:

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled Senior Donor Acquisition Professional to join our dynamic team at IFAW. As a Senior Donor Acquisition Professional, you will be responsible for providing project management and execution support for the coordination and implementation of new donor acquisition under the supervision of the Associate Director of New Donor Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and executing IFAW's acquisition budget in multiple markets.
  • Executing IFAW's European Acquisition and Reactivation mailings, face-to-face campaigns, telemarketing campaigns, direct response television, print campaigns, text and online campaigns.
  • Ensuring that campaigns are executed in a timely manner to achieve critical campaign dates.
  • Providing daily management of external vendors to assist with execution of the acquisition strategy ensuring all campaigns are on track and implementing changes where necessary.
  • Managing the technical coding for campaign creation and analysis, as well as internal discussions and data flows to ensure that income and supporter histories are recorded appropriately.
  • Analyzing results and trends and making recommendations for tactical and/or strategic adjustments to improve results and efficiencies.
  • Monitoring the Acquisition & Reactivation expense budget while reporting any changes and/or deviations. Assisting with monthly financial and results forecasting.
  • Creating campaign briefings for vendors, internal staff, and country offices for all fundraising campaigns. Providing creative input and making recommendations and changes to improve costs and response metrics.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of direct marketing fundraising or project management experience. Animal Welfare/Environmental experience is a plus.
  • Highly organized, motivated, self-starting, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to produce effectively and accurately while managing multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
  • Must possess excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to think critically and proactively respond to work requests, using sharp problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Asana, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Word) and database management, with advanced experience with Excel.
  • Ability to manage projects through outside vendors and internal staff.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of an integrated, diverse, team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Second language a plus.
  • Relevant experience or a University degree, preferably in marketing, business or a related field, is preferred.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
