About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Quantuma Advisory Limited. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in growing our partnership network with accountancy firms across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new partners
  • Manage a portfolio of existing partners and hunt for new accountancy partners
  • Lead and generate revenue through sales efforts
  • Attend industry events and networking events to build relationships and generate new business opportunities
  • Manage a portfolio of unpartnered accountancy firms and update CRM systems to track progress
  • Work closely with internal sales executives to increase meeting volumes and generate new business leads
Requirements
  • 2+ years of B2B experience in the R&D sector or tax reliefs industry
  • Adept at building relationships at a senior level in accountancy firms
  • A proven track record of excelling in a self-generated 360 sales role
  • A hunter mentality with a strong commission package
