Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at 24-7 Recruitment Services Careers. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion within the industrial market across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive new business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including existing and new clients, to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Act as the driving force behind our Onsite growth strategy, focusing on new business development within the industrial market across the UK.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including identifying new markets, industries, and clients to target.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' businesses and their needs, to provide tailored solutions and drive sales growth.
  • Work closely with our Business Development Director to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts and relationships within the industrial market, to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales, with a strong understanding of the industrial market and its trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify trends and opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to drive sales growth.
