Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at SEGULA Technologies. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the manufacturing engineering sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a business growth strategy to increase revenue and market share in the manufacturing engineering sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to identify business opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Work closely with our engineering teams to deliver high-quality projects and services to customers.
  • Manage and develop a team of engineers to ensure they have the skills and expertise needed to deliver projects and services to customers.
  • Monitor and report on project financials and customer satisfaction to ensure we are meeting our business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of business development and sales growth in the manufacturing engineering sector.
  • Strong relationships with customers and partners in the sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong leadership and management skills to develop and manage a team of engineers.
