We are seeking a highly skilled CRM & Database Executive to join our team at Jamie Miller Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the CRM function and driving improvements across CRM performance.

The Role of CRM Manager:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Specifying, communicating, and measuring against key CRM KPIs to drive improvements across CRM performance (including email performance and retention strategies)
  • Working with the wider marketing team to define audience segmentation and the creation of newsletters and other email communications
  • Setting up lead scoring across all brands and creating processes around lead handover
  • Monitoring deliverability scores and troubleshooting any issues
  • Setting up and running reports and dashboards when required by sales and management to provide relevant data
The Ideal Candidate for the CRM Manager Role:

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 3 years' experience in online CRM marketing, with a proven track record of managing retention and CRM programmes and database management. You should have a strong understanding of the current data protection and privacy legislation.

As a CRM & Database Executive, you will be working in a sales-driven commercial trading environment, and you should have a proven ability to work effectively in this type of environment.
