About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Executive to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our digital trading team, you will play a crucial role in building stronger relationships with our customers, increasing engagement and retention, and driving customer value through effective CRM strategies and data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement email and mobile app marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention.
  • Work closely with the Digital Trading Manager to deliver the CRM strategy for our Premium and Luxury websites.
  • Manage and analyze data to inform CRM strategies and optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of CRM initiatives.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on CRM performance and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in CRM and email marketing, with a strong understanding of data analysis and segmentation.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to think strategically.
  • Experience working with email service providers and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
