About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Executive to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our customer relationship management team, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, driving engagement and retention, and increasing customer value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective CRM strategies to drive customer engagement and retention.
  • Work closely with the Digital Trading Manager to deliver the CRM strategy for our Premium and Luxury websites.
  • Manage email and mobile app calendars to align with business objectives.
  • Responsible for briefing, creative, segmentation, scheduling, and delivery of all email and mobile app notifications.
  • Implement ongoing test and learn strategy to continually improve CRM communications.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly reports focusing on email and mobile app notification performance.
  • Identify key customer segments and target them across relevant programs.
  • Build a good relationship with the email service provider to ensure optimal platform utilization.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry insights and email marketing trends.
Requirements
  • Proven CRM experience, particularly focused on email and mobile app push communications.
  • Excellent commercial skills and data analysis abilities.
  • Strong project management skills to manage and deliver several campaigns simultaneously.
  • Experience working with email service providers and data analysis tools.
  • Education to degree level.
