About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Executive to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our CRM team, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, driving engagement and retention, and increasing customer value through effective CRM strategies and data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to drive customer engagement and retention
  • Manage and optimize email and mobile app campaigns to improve customer interactions and loyalty
  • Work closely with the Digital Trading Manager to deliver CRM strategies for our Premium and Luxury websites
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of CRM initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM and data analytics

Requirements

  • Proven experience in CRM and data analytics
  • Excellent commercial skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Results-driven and delivery-focused
