Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building stronger relationships with our customers, increasing engagement and retention, and driving customer value through effective CRM strategies and data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage email and mobile app calendars to align with business objectives
  • Develop and execute email and mobile app notification campaigns
  • Implement test and learn strategies to improve CRM communications
  • Deliver regular reports on email and mobile app notification performance
  • Identify key customer segments and target them across relevant programs
  • Build relationships with email service providers to optimize platform usage
  • Stay up-to-date on industry insights and email marketing trends

Requirements

  • Proven CRM experience, particularly in email and mobile app push communications
  • Excellent commercial skills and data analysis abilities
  • Strong project management skills to manage multiple campaigns
  • Experience working with email service providers and data analysis tools
  • Education to degree level
