We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Executive to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our customer relationship management team, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, driving engagement and retention, and increasing customer value.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective CRM strategies to drive customer engagement and retention.
- Work closely with our Digital Trading Manager to deliver the CRM strategy for our premium and luxury websites.
- Manage and optimize email and mobile app notifications to improve customer experience and drive business results.
- Responsible for the briefing, creative, segmentation, scheduling, and delivery of all email and mobile app notifications.
- Implement ongoing test and learn strategy to continually improve CRM communications.
- Deliver weekly and monthly reports focusing on email and mobile app notification performance, feeding results back to the wider business.
- Identify key customer segments and target them across relevant programs.
- Build a good relationship with our email service provider, ensuring that all areas of the platform are utilized and optimized.
- Stay up-to-date on industry insights and email marketing trends.
- Proven experience in CRM and email marketing, particularly in the luxury retail sector.
- Excellent commercial skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide insights and recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with email service providers and data analysis tools.
- Ability to manage and deliver multiple campaigns simultaneously.
