Job Summary

We are seeking a CRM Executive to join our team in supporting the development of stronger relationships with our customers. The successful candidate will work closely with the CRM Manager to implement effective CRM strategies and data-driven insights to increase customer engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage email and mobile app calendars to align with business objectives
  • Brief, create, segment, schedule, and deliver email and mobile app notifications
  • Implement test and learn strategies to improve CRM communications
  • Deliver weekly and monthly reports on email and mobile app notification performance
  • Identify key customer segments and target them across relevant programs
  • Build relationships with the email service provider to optimize platform usage
  • Stay up-to-date on industry insights and email marketing trends

Requirements

  • Self-starter mindset with ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Results-driven and delivery-focused
  • Enthusiasm, energy, and determination to achieve results
  • Numerate and analytical with ability to provide insights
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Educated to degree level
  • Experience working with email service providers and data analysis
