As a key member of our customer relationship management team, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, driving engagement and retention, and increasing customer value.
Key Responsibilities- Email and Mobile App Management: Own and manage email and mobile app calendars for our websites, aligning with wider teams to support business objectives.
- Campaign Development: Responsible for briefing, creative, segmentation, scheduling, and delivery of all email and mobile app notifications, as well as automated lifecycle campaigns.
- Test and Learn Strategy: Implement an ongoing test and learn strategy to continually improve CRM communications.
- Reporting and Analysis: Deliver weekly and monthly reports focusing on email and mobile app notification performance, feeding results back to the wider business.
- Customer Database Growth: Responsible for increasing the engaged customer database and their value, identifying key customer segments, and targeting them across relevant programs.
- Relationship Building: Build a good relationship with the email service provider, ensuring that all areas of the platform are utilized and optimized.
- Industry Insights: Keep up-to-date on industry insights and email marketing trends.
- Self-Starter Mindset: A self-starter mindset, with the ability to work under minimal supervision and guidance.
- Results-Driven: Results-driven and delivery-focused.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills.
- Educated to Degree Level: Educated to degree level.
- Experience in Email Service Providers: Experience in working with an email service provider.
- Experience in Data Analysis and Segmentation: Experience in working with data analysis and segmentation.
