CRM Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CRM Executive to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our customer relationship management team, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, driving engagement and retention, and increasing customer value.
Key Responsibilities- Email and Mobile App Management: Own and manage email and mobile app calendars for our websites, aligning with wider teams to support business objectives.
- CRM Communications: Responsible for briefing, creative, segmentation, scheduling, and delivery of all email and mobile app notifications, as well as automated life cycle campaigns.
- Test and Learn Strategy: Implement an ongoing test and learn strategy to continually improve CRM communications and drive business results.
- Reporting and Analysis: Deliver weekly and monthly reports focusing on email and mobile app notification performance, feeding results back to the wider business.
- Customer Segmentation and Targeting: Identify key customer segments and target them across relevant programs to increase engaged customer databases and their value.
- Email Service Provider Management: Build a good relationship with the email service provider, ensuring that all areas of the platform are utilized and optimized.
- Industry Insight and Trends: Stay up-to-date on industry insights and email marketing trends to inform CRM strategies and best practices.
- Self-Starter Mindset: A self-starter mindset with the ability to work under minimal supervision and guidance.
- Results-Driven: Results-driven and delivery-focused, with a strong track record of achieving business objectives.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Numerate and Analytical: Numerate and analytical, with the ability to provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Educated to Degree Level: Educated to degree level, with a strong understanding of CRM principles and practices.
- Experience in Email Service Providers: Experience working with email service providers, with a strong understanding of their capabilities and limitations.
- Experience in Data Analysis and Segmentation: Experience working with data analysis and segmentation, with a strong understanding of how to use data to inform CRM strategies.
- Experience in Retail Sector: Experience working in the retail sector, with a strong understanding of customer behavior and preferences.
- Strong Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage and deliver multiple campaigns simultaneously.
