As a Sales Team Leader, you'll play a vital role in driving this mission forward by leading a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

What You'll Do:
  • Lead a high-performing sales team to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the customer base and increase sales volumes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to identify opportunities and execute plans.
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their sales skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to optimize sales strategies and improve overall team performance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of managing a B2C internal (phone-based) team is a must (up to 10 people on a team).
  • A clear focus on performance development, team management, and continuous improvement.
  • Previous sales management experience within a B2C consultative environment would be great along with a strong passion for energy technology and decarbonisation.
  • A strong focus on the customer with a genuine passion for going above and beyond for customers.
  • An ability to show a completer finisher mentality and an understanding of processes as a whole being able to see the why behind each section of the business and how that creates the entire vision.
  • A startup/entrepreneurial mindset being able to adjust to change and keep up with a fast-moving business.
  • Able to develop a base technical product knowledge to support how we will help our customers navigate to achieve low carbon energy use in their homes, through our products.
  • A background or interest in Solar would be ideal but not essential.
  • Able to work in the office 5 days a week.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including pension scheme, health insurance, and flexible working hours.
