We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Consultant to join our team. This role requires someone who can deliver month-on-month pipeline growth while achieving a monthly revenue target.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong client relationships.
  • Achieve a monthly revenue target through sales efforts.
  • Develop a robust sales plan detailing outbound activity, lead conversion, and pipeline assessment.
  • Promote the company's Recruitment services addressing or predicting clients' objectives.
  • Buid long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Utilize CRM for research and business development.

Requirements and skills

  • Proven working experience in a customer-facing sales environment.
  • Proven sales track record in a targeted environment.
  • Communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport.
  • Time management and planning skills.

The estimated salary for this position is £30-35K base OTE £40 – 52K (Year 1) based on your location and industry standards.
