We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Consultant to join our team. This role requires someone who can deliver month-on-month pipeline growth while achieving a monthly revenue target.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong client relationships.
- Achieve a monthly revenue target through sales efforts.
- Develop a robust sales plan detailing outbound activity, lead conversion, and pipeline assessment.
- Promote the company's Recruitment services addressing or predicting clients' objectives.
- Buid long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Utilize CRM for research and business development.
Requirements and skills
- Proven working experience in a customer-facing sales environment.
- Proven sales track record in a targeted environment.
- Communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport.
- Time management and planning skills.
