Job Description

Mobysoft is seeking an experienced Regional Director to join our team in the Midlands region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, retention, and regional performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of regional strategic plans that align with Mobysoft's business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
  • Manage and nurture key accounts, identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of strategic account management, with significant experience managing complex accounts at the executive level.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience driving revenue growth, retention, and client expansion in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.

Estimated Salary: £80,000 per annum.
