Industrial Market Development Lead

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth through effective market research and competitor analysis
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with distributors and end-users
- Identify and pursue business opportunities in the industrial market
- Present solutions to potential customers and negotiate deals
- Support marketing activities and attend trade shows and conferences
- Work closely with regional sales teams and consultants to specify projects
- Maintain customer relationships and promote products and services
- Ensure ongoing training and career development
- Maximise cross-selling opportunities and attend networking functions
- Prepare reports for management
Requirements:
- Proven track record in business development and sales growth
- Excellent knowledge of sales cycle, new business B2B sales skills
- Strong business acumen, UK market knowledge
- Customer resource in industrial market, UK and Ireland
- Knowledge of Infrared Thermography, Flow Meter, Pressure Transmitter, or Level Meter preferred
- Positive attitude, great negotiation skills, initiative, honesty, and integrity
- Technically minded, financially astute, self-motivated, strong communication skills
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Plus excellent company benefits, including car or car allowance, fuel, mobile, laptop, contributory pension, and 33 days holiday.
