**Role and Responsibilities**:
As Marketing Lead at Gather, you will be responsible for driving marketing-sourced revenue by owning the marketing of our product. Your responsibilities will include:

- Manage the implementation of the organic social strategy across multiple channels including the website, Linkedin and Youtube channel to drive growth and engagement.
- Liaise with customers to organise the production of video and written case studies, illustrating how customers effectively use Gather software.
- Efficiently manage agency relationships to ensure the success of campaigns. Overseeing the execution, tracking, and measurement of campaigns, and effectively communicating results to key stakeholders.
- Leveraging CRM and analytics data and insights to enhance campaign success, guiding marketing strategy and direction while consistently seeking opportunities to enhance ROI.
- Lead the planning and execution of PPC campaigns on various platforms to align with Gather’s business goals. Conduct thorough keyword research, create targeted ad copy, and implement budget optimisation strategies to ensure effective spend and achieve channel ROAS targets.
- Coordinate and oversee attendance at industry events, actively showcasing Gather's products and offerings. Engage with clients, effectively communicating the benefits of our products, and fostering valuable relationships to drive client satisfaction and business growth.
- Develop SEO-optimised content to establish our brand as a thought leader in the industry. Utilise tools like Ahrefs to ensure maximum SEO effectiveness and build this content within the Webflow website tool for enhanced online visibility and engagement.
- Become familiar with the brand guidelines and product specifications, ensuring all marketing content aligns with these standards.

**Requirements**:
To excel in this role, you should possess:

- 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role (B2B preferred)
- Bachelor's degree (or an equivalent) in marketing or a relevant field.
- Knowledge and experience of managing PPC channels and campaigns
- Knowledge and experience of using Google Analytics and Google Data/Looker Studio
- A good understanding of SEO and how to optimise content
- Project management experience, building strategies, coordinating agencies and managing internal stakeholders
- Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic team player with a collaborative mindset.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey product USPs and benefits.
