Business Development Manager
The Horse & Jockey, a renowned pub in Wrexham City Centre, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead the pub's commercial growth and success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue and profitability, while maintaining high standards of customer service and quality.

The area
The pub is located in the heart of Wrexham, surrounded by shops, food outlets, and mixed housing. This provides an excellent opportunity to tap into the local market and establish a loyal customer base.

The offer
You will be able to leverage the existing reputation of The Horse & Jockey, building on its rich history and heritage. A diverse drinks menu featuring lagers, ciders, spirits, wines, and cask ales will be introduced, along with quality coffee to attract daytime visitors and non-drinkers. Live music, quiz nights, and open mic events will be planned to foster community engagement and drive footfall on quieter nights.

The benefits
You will receive a competitive salary of £42,000 per annum, reflecting your expertise and dedication to delivering exceptional results. You will also enjoy a generous estimated annual turnover of £302,957, providing ample opportunities for growth and development.
