About the Position:
The ZF Passenger Car sales team is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our remote-based team. This role offers extensive travel opportunities within the North of the UK and Scottish area.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with key customers and buying groups, developing strong relationships to drive business growth.
- Provide company & product training to key customers, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Identify and develop new business channels, exploring opportunities for expansion and growth.
- Negotiate commercial agreements to drive business growth, staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with other territory managers and internal teams to deliver excellent customer experiences.
Your Profile:
We are looking for an experienced field sales development or business development professional, preferably with a background in the passenger car aftermarket. You will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth, as well as good understanding of the UK/IRL aftermarket.
A mechanical knowledge, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to build and maintain strong relationships are essential for this role. Fluency in English is required, with additional languages being a strong plus.
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
