Job Title: Business Development Lead

As a key member of our team at beBee Professionals in Wrexham, United Kingdom, you will lead our sales efforts to drive revenue growth and achieve ambitious sales targets. **Responsibilities:**
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
* Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
* Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
* Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.
* Train and mentor sales staff, providing support and professional development.

**Requirements:**
* Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
* In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and market analysis.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

**Salary and Benefits:**
$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus performance-based bonuses, pension scheme, healthcare benefits, flexible working arrangements, and employee discounts.
