Sales Executive Position

We are seeking a skilled Sales Executive to join our team in Wrexham, United Kingdom.

Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing clients, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a strong ability to build rapport with clients, identify new business opportunities, and negotiate contracts.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, leveraging market knowledge and industry insights.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and exceed client expectations.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) environment, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with a focus on building trust and rapport with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks effectively and meeting deadlines.
  • Results-driven individual with a passion for sales and a drive to succeed.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office, with a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (desired), but not essential.

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
