Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Hickory's Smokehouse.
About the RoleThis exciting opportunity will see you taking on a key leadership position, overseeing the growth and development of our business.
As a General Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, improving customer experience, and managing a high-performing team.
You will work closely with our operations team to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement business growth plans to increase sales and revenue
- Lead a high-performing team of managers and staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Work closely with the operations team to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Analyse sales data and market trends to inform business decisions
We offer a competitive salary of up to £49,000 per year, including a generous Tip Jar scheme and uncapped bonus potential.
In addition, we provide 25% discount on food and drinks for you and five friends at all of our restaurants, increasing to 50% after loyal service.
