You will provide efficient and accurate support to the department, ensuring compliance with internal and external guidelines and regulations, while fostering a collaborative working environment.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Process invoices and data with precision
- Manage day-to-day organizational tasks
- Analyze and process financial data
About You
- Relevant office experience
- Experience in processing high volumes of merchandise invoices
- Effective communication and supplier liaison skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
- Well-organized and efficient in your work
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Team player with a willingness to train others
What We Offer
- Competitive salary starting at £25,100 rising to £30,875
- 18-month contract with opportunities for remote work
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm with flexible working hours
