National Finance and Administration Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our National Finance and Administration department as a Financial Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the efficient and effective processing of financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities- Process and reconcile invoices and financial data with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Liaise with suppliers and regional teams to resolve queries and issues.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, utilizing Microsoft Office packages.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and generating reports.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Extensive office administration experience, preferably in a financial or accounting environment.
- Substantial experience in processing high volumes of invoices and financial data.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- A competitive salary, starting at £25,100, rising to £30,875.
- An 18-month contract, with the opportunity to work remotely two days a week.
