About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented National Finance Administrator to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our National Data and Analytics team, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our finance function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for the National Data and Analytics function, including managing incoming tickets and requests.
  • Review and allocate ServiceNow tickets to relevant parties, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Provide updates to the business via agreed channels, maintaining clear and transparent communication.
  • Create and maintain process documents, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Attend and participate in workflow (AGILE) process, contributing to the development of efficient and effective processes.
About You
  • You will have previous administration experience, with a strong background in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
  • You will have experience with task/workflow management and planning, with a proven ability to prioritize and execute tasks under pressure.
  • You will be highly organized, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and an eye for detail.
  • You will have an interest and/or experience in data, analytics, and technology, with the ability to interact with the operational business and other departments.
  • You will be a logical and efficient worker, with a keen attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • You will be able to work independently, as well as collaboratively, with a strong ability to prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.
