About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Regional Real Estate Assistant to join our National Real Estate Team. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support to the Regional Property Director and contribute to the successful acquisition of new sites and development of new stores in the central Midlands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide operational and administrative support to the Regional Property Director and wider team.
  • Process invoices and associated documents in accordance with departmental processes.
  • Manage the shared email inbox with a high daily volume of emails.
  • Prepare, analyze, and create reports, presentations, and memos.
  • Organize ad hoc events and meetings.
  • Ensure the electronic filing of documents, including scanning and uploading information to Aldi software.
  • Collate, manipulate, and analyze complex data.
  • Day-to-day interaction with external contractors or consultants.
  • Diary management.
About You
  • Able to use Excel, Office, and Outlook.
  • Data analysis.
  • Strong numerical skills.
  • Strong sense of personal organization.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Tracking of budgets and expenditure.
  • Able to work to tight deadlines.
  • Flexible to business requirements.

What We Offer
  • Salary details: £36,080 rising to £42,135.
  • 12-month contract.
  • Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm, with the opportunity of 2 days a week remote working.
