About the Role

The Carwow Group is a pioneering company in the automotive industry, driven by a passion for getting people into cars. We are looking for a highly motivated National Sales Director to join our team and help us achieve our goal of becoming the go-to destination for car-changing.

The successful candidate will be responsible for forging strategic partnerships with leading Enterprise automotive retail groups, identifying and securing new business opportunities, and developing and nurturing strong relationships with existing partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities and establish long-term partnerships with key automotive retailers
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing partners, working closely with our Customer Success team to exceed expectations
  • Partner with our OEM and B2B teams to position Carwow as the preferred choice for automotive retailers
  • Deliver compelling presentations to C-suite executives, articulating our value proposition and securing buy-in
  • Optimize our sales processes through data analysis and CRM management

Requirements

  • Proven success in automotive retail sales, ideally selling into AM Top20 Dealership Groups at all levels
  • A hunter mentality and a passion for new business development
  • Team-player that has a desire to help grow a high-performing team that exhibits the Carwow culture
  • Exceptional influencing and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical capabilities and a data-driven approach
