JW Lees is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Late Night Receptionist to join our team. As a Late Night Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests arriving at night and will be responsible for ensuring their stay with us is comfortable and enjoyable.

The estimated salary for this position is £20,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Front of House Operations: Greet guests, check in late arrivals, and check out early departures in line with company procedures.
  • Communication: Ensure thorough communication with all departments to provide seamless service to our guests.
  • Task Completion: Ensure that all tasks are completed on each shift and complete handover at the end of the shift.

In addition to these key responsibilities, you will also be required to:

  • Wake Up Calls: Make wake up calls promptly and book any taxis for guests as needed.
  • Room Service: Take room service orders and deliver to guests in a timely manner.
  • Cleaning Duties: Assist with cleaning duties in the residents' bar.
  • Safety Procedures: Have a thorough knowledge of the fire evacuation procedure and computer systems.
