About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Night Porter to join our team at JW Lees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accommodate late arrivals and early departures, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes.
  • Maintain effective communication with all departments, promoting a collaborative environment.
  • Complete tasks on each shift and handover responsibilities at the end, guaranteeing continuity and efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional guest service by handling wake-up calls, booking taxis, and delivering room service orders.
  • Clean and maintain the hotel premises, adhering to high standards of hygiene and tidiness.
  • Familiarize yourself with fire evacuation procedures and computer systems, ensuring site security and emergency preparedness.
  • Conduct regular walk-throughs to ensure the hotel's safety and integrity.
  • Prepare rooms for meetings and private dining events, demonstrating attention to detail and creativity.
  • Deliver outstanding guest experiences by providing friendly and professional assistance.

Salary Estimate: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
