AG Hotels Group is looking for a confident and pleasing F&B Host/Hostess to join our hotel in Wilmslow, **Pinewood on Wilmslow Hotel (SK9),** someone who is passionate about customer service and has a positive and people - pleasing mindset.

AG Hotels Group is a fast-growing hotel investment company backed by major institutional investors. The company has acquired 13+ hotels in last 24 months and is rapidly increasing its national footprint.

**Key Responsibilities**
- To host breakfast/ dinner and evening socials, making sure guests are greeted with a warm smile
- Maintain a thorough working knowledge of food and beverage menus, to be able to advise guests on selection and promote additional sales accordingly
- Set up of all front of house food areas prior to service periods, ensuring all areas are clean, presentable and accessible for the guests
- Serve food to the customers ensuring a fast and courteous guest service
- Ensuring all health and hygiene standards are followed
- Clean tables, complete closing duties and re-stock tableware and other supplies
- Ensure any anticipated issues are communicated promptly to the Duty Manager/ Head Chef
- Collect feedback from the guests and ensure any requests/issues are managed accordingly

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
