Night Receptionist

AG Hotels Group is seeking an experienced and confident "Night Receptionist" to join our team at “Pinewood on Wilmslow Hotel”, Cheshire. We are looking for a night receptionist who puts our people at the heart of everything we do and is passionate for customer service & hospitality.

As a night receptionist, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the front desk operations, fire safety and security checks making sure the guests have a convenient stay.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and check-in guests arriving during the night shift
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and provide information about the hotel and local area
- Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally
- Manage the check-out process and ensure accurate billing
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable
- Monitor security cameras and ensure the safety and security of guests and the premises
- Perform administrative tasks, such as updating guest records and making reservations
- Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure guest satisfaction
- Handle emergency situations and follow appropriate procedures

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of hotel operations and basic computer skills
- Professional appearance and demeaner

Pay: £10.97 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

- Wilmslow, SK9 3LF: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
