Drive Growth and Innovation as an Emerging Markets Account Executive

At Contentful, we're seeking a seasoned Commercial Account Executive to spearhead our growth in Emerging Markets. As a key member of our global sales team, you'll be responsible for leading the end-to-end sales process with top-tier clients, driving adoption and engagement, and identifying new revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic account plan to drive growth and expansion in Emerging Markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions and drive sales
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through proactive pipeline generation and management
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in Emerging Markets
  • 1+ years of individual quota-carrying experience and a strong understanding of sales metrics and performance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales environments
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
