Commercial Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Account Executive to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a Commercial Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of large corporate clients, providing expert advice on risk management and insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of large corporate clients, providing expert advice on risk management and insurance solutions.
- Develop and implement client service plans to meet the needs of our clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to add value and increase revenue.
- Work closely with our team of account handlers to deliver exceptional client service and achieve business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, identifying opportunities to enhance our services and improve client outcomes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a commercial account management role, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong knowledge of property and casualty business in the UK market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and achieving business objectives.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to identify opportunities to add value and increase revenue.
