Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional National Trade Partnerships Lead to join our team at the De'Longhi Group.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record in developing and maintaining relationships with key retail partners, driving sales growth and delivering business objectives.

This is a highly mobile home-based role, requiring frequent travel across the UK. The ideal candidate will be based near our HQ in Havant, Hampshire, which offers easy access to major motorways and airports.

As part of our global household appliance brand family, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business and contribute to our continued success.

About You
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

You will also need a deep understanding of the retail landscape, including market trends and consumer behavior. A current driving license is essential for this role, as you will need to travel frequently to meet with clients and colleagues.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a contributory pension scheme, 25 days' annual leave, and a range of wellbeing activities and events.
