Job Overview:

This role will be responsible for developing and executing business growth strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building relationships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experience in sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive revenue and expansion
  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
  • Manage and report on sales performance and customer engagement metrics

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing
  • Proven track record of business development success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is £35,000 - £40,000 (Negotiable) + Bonus, with additional benefits including free lunch, 23 days holiday + 8 bank holidays, free parking, and an excellent fun working environment.
