Business Development Manager

Our company, Universal Business Team, is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone looking to transition from a field-based role to an office-based position.
The successful candidate will identify and develop new business opportunities within the care home sector, engaging with key decision-makers and promoting our innovative solutions.
We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 (negotiable) + bonus, flexible working hours with full-time or part-time options available to suit, free lunch provided daily, 23 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, free parking available on-site, and work in an excellent, fun, and collaborative environment.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, experience in developing, growing, and retaining client relationships, strong communication skills, resilience and drive to achieve ambitious sales targets, and an innovative and proactive mindset.
