Administrative Coordinator

At Team Recruitment, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer enquiries, quotations, and orders in a timely and efficient manner using our ERP and CRM system.
- Oversee and log day-to-day enquiries coming into the team and out to customers with the support of Sales Engineers and Coordinators.
- Support Coordinators with the measurement of departmental KPIs.
- Comply with all departmental and company procedures at all times.
- Carry out other duties as and when business requirements dictate, as may be reasonably expected by line manager.
- Ensure all company policies surrounding health & safety, quality requirements, and housekeeping are met.
Requirements:
- Computer literacy, including high expertise of Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Desirable: experience in a similar position, experience within a sales environment, knowledge of good sales practice, knowledge of sales procedures, and knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.
