Facilities Coordinator

We are looking for a skilled Facilities Coordinator to manage our office facilities in East Bristol. This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of our offices, managing vendors, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies, monitor usage, and process invoices.
  • Implement and maintain filing systems and record storage protocols.
  • Coordinate office announcements, communications, and presentations.
  • Arrange visitor arrivals, travel, and accommodations.
  • Organize company and team events.
  • Oversee reception operations, including phone coverage, mail handling, and package delivery.
  • Promote office improvement initiatives and optimize workspace efficiency.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, restock supplies, and maintain equipment.
  • Coordinate meeting scheduling, fire drill training, and first aid sessions.
  • Develop social calendars and plan staff activities.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.

The Person:

As a Facilities Coordinator, you should have relevant experience in facilities management, health and safety, and administration.

You must be a proactive problem solver with strong organizational skills.

Estimated Salary: £30,000 per annum + Super Benefits
