About the Role

Director of Technology Transfer and Operations

This exciting opportunity at Mantell Associates' partner company seeks an experienced professional to oversee technology transfer activities from R&D to manufacturing and from manufacturing to commercial sites.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of GMP regulations, technical transfer best practices, and strong leadership skills.

With a competitive salary ranging from £90,000 to £140,000 per annum, depending on location and experience, this role offers a fantastic career opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee technology transfer activities across different sites and departments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transitions
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity

Essential Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, chemical engineering)
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in MSAT, process development, or manufacturing
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
