Oxford Nanopore Technologies, a leading company in the field of nanopore-based DNA/RNA sequencing technology, is seeking a highly skilled individual to join their Tech Transfer team. This role involves working with new sequencing platforms and updates of existing ones to prepare them for release into production.

As a Transfer Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying areas of improvement on new developments and addressing those prior to releasing the product to the production team. You will also run pilot production lines of established product lines to support ongoing work to introduce iterative improvements across the whole range of Oxford Nanopore sequencing platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in a suitable scientific subject and relevant lab-based skills and experience. Excellent communication skills, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn are essential for this role. We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a benefits package that includes opportunities for professional growth and development.
