Job Title: Manufacturing and Supply Chain Director

Mantell Associates is a leading partner in the life science and clinical research industry, seeking an experienced Manufacturing and Supply Chain Director to lead their team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in developing and optimizing manufacturing processes for clinical and commercial production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Development: Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing processes for clinical and commercial production.
  • Technology Transfer: Ensure seamless technology transfer activities from R&D to manufacturing and from manufacturing to commercial sites.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and scalability of manufacturing processes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical issues and support regulatory submissions.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Guarantee compliance with all regulatory, quality, and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, chemical engineering, or a related field.
  • No less than 10 years of experience in MSAT, process development, or manufacturing in a clinical or biopharmaceutical environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of GMP, regulatory requirements, and technical transfer best practices.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year.
