We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative leader to head our R&D department for magnetic technology. As Director of Magnetic Technology Innovation, you will lead a global agile product development process, ensuring seamless integration and market success.

The ideal candidate will have a PhD or Master's degree in Physics, Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in R&D and at least 5 years in a leadership role specializing in superconducting magnets or similar technologies.

A proven track record of managing the complete product lifecycle in a regulated industry, preferably in medical devices, is essential. You will be responsible for cultivating and building a high-performing R&D team, attracting and retaining top talent in superconducting magnet technology.
