About the Role

This position requires a highly skilled Magnet Engineer who can lead programme delivery and ensure timely completion of projects. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement solutions to complex engineering problems, leveraging technical and commercial expertise.
  • Collaborate with engineers and researchers to develop and implement new technologies.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and developments in electromagnetic field theory and calculation, ensuring continued expertise and knowledge.
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with colleagues to drive project success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Physics or Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of electromagnetic field theory and calculation.
  • Experience with magnetic field measurement, materials, and their magnetic properties.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Benefits and Salary

Benefits include 26 days holiday + Bank Holidays (with the option to buy/sell more), annual bonus, BUPA, up to 10% employer pension contribution, onsite gym, subsidized restaurant, share scheme, and free onsite parking.

Estimated salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
