Job Title: Territory Sales Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Finning International. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans to achieve business growth and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Sales Plans: Create and implement sales plans to target key sectors and industries in the territory, ensuring that sales targets, equipment, and services are achieved and exceeded.
- Utilize Marketing Campaigns: Effectively utilize available marketing campaigns and finance options to support the development of cost-effective solutions for customers in the territory while maintaining profitability.
- Coordinate with Internal Functions: Coordinate across internal functions and departments to ensure the highest levels of customer service are provided to customers within the territory.
Requirements:
- Product and Industry Knowledge: Possess product and industry knowledge of construction equipment.
- Demonstrable Success: Demonstrate success in previous sales roles.
- Local Marketing Principles: Understand local marketing principles.
- PC Literate: Be PC literate with strong working knowledge of MS Office and Finning CRM software, Excel, and PowerPoint.
