Job Title: Customer Insights Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Insights Analyst to join our team at Legal & General Resources Limited. As a Customer Insights Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering key analytics and insights to support customer communication strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand Data Systems: You will have a deep understanding of the data systems and structures within the business and contribute towards improvements to these systems where possible.
  • Data Analysis and Visualization: You will ensure all outputs are visualized to a high standard through the use of best practice and advocate for data visualization best practice, sharing knowledge and guidance with others.
  • Process Development: You will continuously develop processes so that deliverables are created in the most efficient way to improve performance, through the use of automation and appropriate tooling choices.
  • Ad Hoc Analytics: You will deliver ad hoc analytics and visualizations for internal customers; understanding the business need and delivering the outcome in a flexible and insightful manner using code to manipulate data (e.g. SQL) and visualization tools to display outputs clearly (e.g. Tableau/PowerBI).
  • Stakeholder Engagement: You will develop and maintain productive relationships with all stakeholders; providing advice and guidance on data, analytics, and visualization to improve their knowledge and understanding.
  • Regular Reporting: You will deliver regular reports to the business; always aiming for automation and standardization to support business requirements in a timely manner.
  • System Implementation: You will engage stakeholders and undertake appropriate testing prior to the implementation of any system or business changes to ensure the impact on internal stakeholders and customers is understood.

Requirements:

  • Experience with High Volumes of Data: You will have experience in dealing with high volumes of data with excellent attention to detail and reconciliation.
  • Dashboarding Software: You will have experience of creating dashboards/data visualizations with dashboarding software such as Tableau or PowerBI.
  • Data Manipulation: You will have experience in performing data manipulation and transformation to create and maintain datasets and creation of structured datasets that facilitate efficient dashboard creation.
  • Regular Reporting: You will have experience in producing and automating regular reporting to a wide range of stakeholders using analytical tools.
  • Stakeholder Management: You will have experience in gathering requirements from stakeholders across internal teams, managing expectations, and guiding on approach.
  • Dataset Management: You will have experience working with a variety of datasets across different domains systems.
  • Coding Languages: You will have experience with coding languages for data manipulation, such as SQL.
  • Alteryx: Experience with Alteryx is beneficial but not essential.
