We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Insights Analyst to join our Group Data Analytics Database Marketing team at Legal & General. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality analytics and insights to support our customer communication strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis and Insights: You will be responsible for analyzing large datasets to identify trends and patterns, and developing actionable insights to inform our customer communication strategy.
  • Database Management: You will work closely with our database team to ensure that our data systems are up-to-date, accurate, and of the highest quality.
  • Reporting and Visualization: You will develop and maintain reports and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders, using tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: You will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver high-quality analytics and insights to support their decision-making.
  • Process Improvement: You will identify opportunities to improve our processes and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Experience with Data Analysis: You will have experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as SQL, Tableau, or PowerBI.
  • Database Management: You will have experience with database management and data manipulation.
